- Site and arrival: We review property boundaries, parking and set-down, pedestrian approaches, wayfinding and principal entrances.

Will the audit disrupt building occupants?
Usually disruption is minimal. We coordinate access with your representative and can stage inspection of secure, sensitive or high-traffic areas.
Can you audit only part of a building?
Yes. The scope can focus on a tenancy, public zone, proposed project area or a specific route, provided the limitations are clear.
What happens after the audit?
